James Cadman Heating Technologies Ltd was founded to meet our client’s demands in this growing market. Our partnership agreements with Isocrete for the installation of Isowarm and Rehau for its underfloor heating and cooling systems places us at the forefront of underfloor heating and cooling.

James Cadman Heating Technologies are able to offer both the heating system you require and the floor screeding, installed as a package. By dealing with The Cadman Group the contractor is removing the split responsibility faced when letting separate orders for underfloor heating and screeding, or worse, the scenario of an underfloor heating contractor subletting the screeding package to an unproven screeding subcontractor.

Utilising today's modern multilayer pipes, control systems and high efficiency boilers, the underfloor heating systems of today are extremely comfortable and controllable. Radiators are no longer needed so giving flexibilityin design within the room space. The heat is more evenly distributed and circulation of dust is greatly reduced.

Underfloor heating from the whole floor area of the house gently warms the air above, eliminating cold spots. The warm air convects from the floor surface losing approximately 2 degrees centigrade at 2.0 meters above the floor, which makes the system ideal for all ceiling heights.
Independent tests reveal that the most acceptable indoor climate is one in which the floor temperature ranges between 19-29°C and the air temperature at head level ranges between 20 and 24°C. With radiator or convector heating systems a vertical temperature gradient is produced; colder at foot level than at the head.
Underfloor Heating is a favored choice for industry professionals, practical, cost-effective and flexible. Underfloor heating is increasingly being specified over traditional radiator systems and establishing a reputation as the preferred modern-day heating solution. Underfloor heating systems are particularly adaptable and can be installed in both old and new buildings under a wide range of floor coverings. Under floor heating and cooling system can be used in most buildings

Some of the benefits include:-
  • Long Life – pressure stability across the temperature range gives a projected life well in excess of 50 years BS7291.
  • Low frictional resistance through pipe and fittings results in low noise transmission
  • All products are manufactured to ISO 9001 standards.
  • Comfort – Even spread of heat provides a high level of comfort.
  • Economy – reduced demand on boilers and no wasted heat at ceiling height saves costs.
  • Cost-efficiency – Reduced on-site maintenance – servicing of boilers and pumps only.
  • Flexibility – Unrestricted wall surfaces in both old and new buildings.
  • Safety – No hazardous wall projections or hot surfaces.
  • Control
